Claimant says:
"I have sent a letter, calling & faxing to their number listed in credit report to Litton Loan Servicing but no response. Attached is the letter & all communications with Ocwen Loan Servicing who acquired the my previous home mortgage, Corelogic Credco (credit reporting company) & myself.
For your information, Litton Loan Servicing loan no. is 40146946 & Ocwen Loan Servicing acquired the loan from Litton & assigned a new Ocwen Loan Servicing loan no. 7090614046. I need to refinance my present property but Freddie Mac & Fannie Mae has been not accepting my loan due to the code 8 noted in the credit report no. 16. Please do not hesitate to call my agent Gloria Santos who has been helping to resolve this problem for the past months at (562)260-7471, email address gsloriess59@gmail.com, fax no. (562)292-1863. For your information the condo/property has not been foreclosed instead we did a Short Sale & closed file. I will appreciate very much your immediate attention to this problem & hope to hear from you as early as possible.
