"Hi my name is Ana V Irizarry-Nunez.
In 2007 I was employee for Cornell University located out of East Aurora New York and also an employee through Lakeshore Corparation Extension. I had moved to Tacoma Washington with my husband who at the time was in the military. At the time my intensions was to go back to work but a month after arriving to Washington my husband and I were involved in a car accident.I thought that I would recover from the injuries and go back to work after my physical therapy and chiropractic sessions but unfortunately I have not been able to do so. After being off from work I had decided to file for unemployment benefits through the state of new York within my 18 month window which I was entitled to do so. A representative of the New York state umemployment had filed my claim and I continued to file over the phone every week for about two years straight because of my unability to go back to work. I then received notice from New York state unemployment that I would not receive anything from them."
