"For several years I have made complaints with my landlord regarding water damage and leaks to my ceiling. I took it to court once before. The City of NY ended up fixing the issue instead of the landlord. I can not afford to take any days off from work to do another court proceeding. However legal actions are the only way this company gets anything done."

    You need more information. I Listed the issue at hand the ceiling has SEVERE water damage in several locations throughout the apartment. The super plasters mean while the roof is still damaged. I posted pictures, you claim you cant view them, there's an download option available to you. You also stated "the tenant is placing a complaint against a person who is not associated with the organization" yes I the tenant am placing this complaint against NorthEast Brooklyn LP NOT the forever changing staff, so unless the property in question has been sold to another company without my knowledge the issue remains with NorthEast Brooklyn. If for any reason you are still unable to view the photos please feel free to let me know I will have NO problem hand delivering the photos along with the video i took of the water pouring down into my apartment or you can contact the super or the neighbor in apt 1B I called them both at the same time so I could have a witness. Just let me know what I can do to help you to plead your case of rejection.
