Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"the supervisor ignored my complaint of co-workers in the loan document dept. i lost my position because of overwhelming stress of harassment from co-workers.supervisor does not believe this is happening. i never miss work unecessary . i'm diebatic, the fear of my home being invaded is a scary situation. my work ethics are very good non-the less i was terminated without given an opportunity to file for a paid leave of absence.my suprevisor refused to investigate this unusual form of harassment.
