Claimant says:
"I have made numerous attempts to settle a claim for a vested amount of $4,666.86 (as of 4/30/2000) in a Retirement Savings Plan with Stabler Companies Inc. starting 12/03/2002.  Multiple contacts have been made directed to Stabler Companies and New Enterprize Stone and Lime and met with no help finding these funds since New Enterprize purchased Stabler.  I have spoken and written to representatives of both companies and received no assistance in actually finding where the funds currently reside.  The only direction I received was to "call Wells Fargo" who told me that the funds would have been merged with the New Enterprize company plan and managed by Wells Fargo and that nothing could be found without an account number from New Enterprize.  I passed this information on to New Enterprize and was told me they would "look". Wells Fargo could not provide me any direction without an account number and New Enterprize professed to no knowledge of any account. 
I have documentation from Stabler Companies showing the above balance existed in the Stabler Companies Retirement Savings Plan total account balance of $13,009.22 and have provided copies of this information to New Enterprize with no results.
 It is my contention that since New Enterprize purchased Stabler Companies they also purchased the funds found in these Retirement Savings Plans and owe me the amount shown as "vested" in the documentation.
