Claimant says:
"Contracted with Neuro Advance USA, LLC to provide in home therapy System for help in reducing or removing the affects of Neuropathy. This involved use daily of 2 low level light LED pads. These pads were moved to 9 different locations on the body to assist in vascular capillary growth. In addition to this, supplements were to be provided to assist the body in the generation of these new capillaries. Weekly, then Bi weekly coaching phone calls were provided. The supplements were never provided even though they were repeatedly promised.
At the end of four months of this therapy , if no reduction of pain or numbness was experienced they guaranteed full money back. They after two weeks of calls have not returned over two dozen messages left for them. I have also sent two certified letters to them requesting a return of funds.
No response to those either.
The amount of $2,583.33 is owed to us. They are apparently frauds praying on seniors in pain.
