Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I hired your company at the beginning of April 2016 to clean my pool. Your company cleaned it and keep it cleaned and was paid $95.00. No one from your company came back to my pool until 5/25/16 witch was Jared. Jared informed me I needed a new filter and the next thing is that he went and got a new filter and put it in. When asked why he didn't get my permission to buy it he told me the "owner" said h would eat all the money to get it clean again. Jared came back 6/1/16, 6/4/16, 6/8/16, 6/15/16, 6/30/16 in this month you can see he missed 2 weeks and the entire month of May was left because no one came out the entire month and that is why the company was going to eat the cost. I left a message every day for the office to call me but they never returned my call. I talk to Pierier and he told me the same thing that the company would pay. Jared came out on 7/6/16, 7/13/16 one time he didn't date, Then it was until 8/3/16 when Cody came out. Cody 8/10/16 nd 8/23/16. From then on Tim was here twice he didn't leave a paper. Let us say 8/30/16 was the last day anyone from Neptune was at this address.

  • I wish you would go back and read the complaint. It was not once my pool turned green but 4 times in the amount of time your company was suppose to be cleaning my pool. I was told from the beginning by Piere and your rep that the owner was eating everything for the first green pool including the filter. Never did I say I would pay half. Piere was going to wipe everything off and I told him I owed for 1 month and the $40.00 for chemicals. I just want what I am due. It cost me $350.00 to have it cleaned the last time no one came to clean it for over a month. I was paid up until November because your office told me they never received my check so I sent another out. When I checked the next day the check had been posted the day before. I tried to take care of this through your office and your "manager" told me he didn't owe me anything that I owed $24 and something. I paid for two months September and October that no one came out and I want that back which was $119.90. I feel that since your "manager" told me that if he was me he wouldn't let your company come out and clean the pool that your company should be responsible for at least half of the $350 I was charged because the pool was so bad. I feel I went way out of my way to bring this to an end.

If this goes go court it will be for the full amount that I was out because of your company. If you would like to settle this before papers are filed you can send me the $119.90 I paid for the last two months that no one from your company stepped foot on my property.

Message from Neptune Solutions Corp: We are sorry for any misunderstanding. We strive to give the best service at the lowest prices but occasionally something does go wrong, in those cases we make ever effort to make it right. We have spoken to the customer many times in regards to the issues they bring up. The pool did go green when unfortunately an employee missed the service one week. We would never miss service intentionally so we told the customer they didn't have to pay for the weeks the pool was green (2 weeks). Because the customer was not happy with this we gave them a whole month credit. We never said we would wipe the entire bill because your pool turned green for a short time, that was obviously a misunderstanding.

The issue with the filter cartridge we also spoke to the customer many times. Our records show the customer gave us to go ahead to install the filter cartridge but again because the customer was not happy we credited the customer. We spoke with the customer and the customer agreed to pay half of the cost of the cartridge and we would eat the other half, this was done also.

We feel that this online forum was not necessary because we have spoke to the customer many times and we believed the issues to be resolved through credits already posted to the customer's account. Our service is week to week, no contracts so the customer was never forced to use our service and we didn't ask for additional money for the service done. That being said we have applied additional credits to the account and have decided to refund you a total of $86.82 as a good will gesture.
