The company Neptune Solutions Corp in Orlando is not professional at all. We've been with them for 8 months, but they are not reliable. If it was not for us cleaning and brushing the pool, cleaning thoroughly the 3 pool filters, and adding products, it would have turned green every month. Their pool guy was at least missing a day a month. We paid for services they did not render us, said over the phone they would refund us, but it's been two months and we did not see it. They do not answer my calls any longer and do not call back either. They are always in a hurry over the phone when you finally get hold of them. Recommendation: DO NOT HIRE THEM!

They let my pool go green 4 times in 5 months, would miss weeks at a time, put in equipment without my permission, when called they would not answer the phone or tell me they were sorry and have someone out the next day that didn't happen, they gave me credits and then said it was because I was always complaining, girls in office were rude, no one knew what their boss' name? and I paid for October and November and no one from their company came to my house and they will not give me my money back.
