Claimant says:
"Several months ago I contacted them to repair a problem with my PC, I paid them over $200.00 for the service and at the same time I signed on for continual service for a charge $20.00 a month. On or about 7/3/2014 I contacted them to fix the intermittent audio problem. The person I spoke with assured me that it would be repaired so I hung up the phone. The next day I discovered that the problem was not corrected so I attempted to re-contact them at 877 669 8905. Two different times I was put on hold and then disconnected
after five minutes. I then E-mailed them asking them to contact me. No response. Two days later I again attempted to call them and again after being put on hold I was disconnected. Their advertised slogan is that they will respond within 3 minutes or less. It looks like I have been taken for a fool."
