Claimant says:
"March 2014 I employed them to cut trees for me at my residence. April 2014 they came to cut the trees. I paid him cash up front and they cut two trees for me. I then paid Darrell Bennett (owner) $150.00 cash to trim up 3 trees in my front yard. He said they would come back and clean the mess up from the other two trees cut and trim the other 3 trees then. He took the $150.00 cash up front then, and I've not seen him since. He never returned to clean up the debris nor did he trim the other trees. He took my money and ran. He's had 3 phone numbers since I employed him to do the work. The first number: 615-506-3517. The second number: 615-800-1119. The third number: 615-752-6409. I need him to either come and complete the job or give me back my money, so I can hire someone else to complete the job. His business card says that the name of his company is: Music Tree Service, but his advertisement on craigslist says: Bennett Tree Service. The owner's name though is Darrell Bennett. Please help me resolve this issue asap because it's now almost the end of May, and my trees are left uncut and large debris is all over my yard from the two trees that were cut. I have no way to haul it all off by myself. It's too heavy and large to move alone, so I can't even mow my yard. Thank you!"

  • My name is DARRYL BENNETT. I am the owner of ALL AMERICAN TREE SERVICE in Nashville, TN. This complaint was erroneously filed against my company. There are actually TWO Darryl Bennetts in Nashville Tennessee that perform tree work. We are no relation and I have never met the other DARRELL BENNETT (names spelled differently) This complaint has been filed and listed against MY BUSINESS ADDRESS by mistake. I understand your frustration but please research your complaint information and file against the right company. PLEASE REMOVE ANY AND ALL DERROGATORY INFORMATION THAT INDICATES MY BUSINESS ADDRESS, NAME, PHONE NUMBER OR ANYTHING THAT RELATES TO ALL AMERICAN TREE SERVICE OR DARRYL BENNETT, OWNER OF ALL AMERICAN TREE SERVICE IN NASHVILLE TENNESSEE. i have never met the complaintant, Angelia Jackson nor has ALL AMERICAN TREE SERVICE nor the owner, DARRYL BENNETT ever done any work for Ms. Angelia Jackson. Good luck in tracking down the CORRECT company and individual that took your money.
