Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I had an awful experience yesterday at Murphy Nails and Toes. After calling for an appointment, I arrived on time to find another customer being taken and was told I must wait. When I finally got service 45 minutes later, I had my feet in the water and was explaining to the technician that if I had known that they don't honor appointments, I'd have come in on a slower day. Out of the blue the owner, who himself made the appointment and lied to me on the phone, came over and started screaming violently at me. His anger was totally unexpected and very rude. He yelled at me in front of all the other customers and his tirade was way out of control. People with anger management issues should not be business owners. The owners wife keep telling me how sorry she was and that he was stressed because they were busy. She begged me to give them another chance and gave me a gift certificate and ask me to try them one more time. She said the owner would apologize next time I came in. Of course, I would never go back into this business again and worry that other women will be treated the same way. There are nail salons on every corner and women need to know about nasty owners. Business owners should be happy for busy days. This owner is a loose cannon. Women beware."

A wonderful serenity has taken possession of my entire soul, like these sweet mornings of spring which I enjoy with my whole heart.

I am (not) alone, and I feel the charm of existence in this spot, which was created for the bliss of souls like mine...~ Goethe
