Claimant says:
"I have been paying my insurance for a year now and had just recently went to the dentist for a broken tooth. The dentist called to verify status and all was green lights. The procedure was only covered by half so I am making payments for the remainder of the bill. Multiflex dental now says I was on an 18 month waiting period. I never saw this when I signed up and would never agree to this being that it is a family plan and alot can go wrong with three people's teeth in two years. I asked for my money back so I can pay this bill they refused. I said you have done nothing for me and my family and I would like my money back so I may find a company that will take care of us. Multiflex is criminal and the whole world should know it. To take money from an individual without furnishing goods or services is illegal and in my book criminal!"
