Claimant says:
"I owned the website IndyChicBoutique.com in April. I received an from Burk Strong 17146 NE Sandy Blvd, Portland, OR 97230 for a product from Lancome. The billing information was: Karla Merlak, 1113 Saddlewood Drive, Maryville, IL 62062. Paypal approved the transaction and I sent the product to the shipping address in Oregon. Ten minutes after that online order, I received another order from Burk Strong, Portland, OR, with a billing address of Burk Strong 15905 Punta Espada Loop, Corpus Christie, TX 78418. Paypal approved this transaction. This item was also supposed to be shipped to Burk Strong in Portland, Oregon. The problem is that Karla Merlak has totally denied this charge and did a chargeback on her paypal and credit card to debit my business acct for the purchase. Somewhere there is some identity theft taking place here. I just want my money for the product. $91.20. Mr Strong is a prominent doctor in Corpus Christie, TX and his wife Linda is a city councilwoman. I don't know if someone has stolen their identity or if someone has stolen Karla Merlak's identity. HELP."
