Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"This was the second phone that had the exact same problem. The first one lasted 10 minutes and was promptly replaced by the dealer. This one lasted 3 months but when it failed in the same manner Motorola's service center denied warrenty because the problem is not repairable and the phone itself is not repairable."

THE WARRANTY DEPARTMENT CAN MONITOR NUMBER OF TIMES COMPLAINTS HAVE BEEN FILED EXAMING SOLUTIONS TO MOST CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS BY REPLACING THEIR PHONE AFTER CUSTOMER RETURN PHONE TO COMPANY.
