Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"Well,i bought a 2011 toyota sienna,from motor House on July 8 2014.I did not get to inspect or check the car properly ,because it was about 10:00:pm that we finished the business.In the morning,before i left my house for work in took a look at the car and realized that the tires on the car were no good.I called the sales person when he got to work,and asked him about the tires.He told me to bring the car back so he could get tires on the car.Every day that i visited the dealer shop he been telling me that i am coming too late.I told him to make some plans for me to leave the car ,which he agreed to .But he failed to do so.I went to the shop and he started telling co-workers to tell me he's not there.I went to his manager,who told me that he can only put two tires on the front of the car,which he did.I went to the general manager who told me to take the car back on the 08/07/2014 so he can get it cleaned up and put tires on it,But they only fixed the headlights which wasn't working.There are spots on the hood looks like some form of chemical that was splashed over it ,that cuts into the paint and can not come's out with out a paint job.I don't think i should be the one to be correcting this problems.No one should buy a car with out proper tires.This is happening to alot o people in south Florida daily.I don't think i should buy a car for that type of money,and have to buy tires ,taking the car to toyota to serviced it by the instruction of the salesperson ,that i have toyota warranty ,which toyota told me expired at 36,000 miles.I had to pay toyato to flushed the injector system which was cluged,replacing the air filter,which was no good.They didn't even cleaned the car when giving it to me.I am so disappointed.They are all scammers.Thank you for your help."

  • I would really like to know who is the person that i spoke with at Motor Show auto dealership.Mr Hammy or what his name is,who told me to bring the car that wednesday morning,and he would have the car taken care of?Moter House and its sales persons includinf my cousin are all Liars.I heard that Joe,who gave me an invoice to go to American tires to put too used tires on my car,along with my cousin waited until i month after and told me on the 09/08/2014 that i have the car over a month.It's not just me that is complaining about them.My cousin is doing a lot for them.I had bigger issues with them also.So,if they wants me to go further i can.I would just like them to know that the laws that governs this wonderful country,is for all.This is America,no one is above the law here.Mr.Hammy and my cousin Michael please stop being liars,and fixt my car.I have witnesses ,who went there with me at different times.Video and hiden cameras and tapes in today's world are vital and truthful in any disputes.Mr.Hammy you are very rude and out of order of offering me $20.00 for my claim.Remember that less than 24 hours i was back at your dealership with that car.
