Claimant says:
"arrived at Motel 6- 10/14/16 at about 5:30 in the afternoon. for a two day stay we were going on a cruise Sunday, I might say that this is the 8th cruise that we have taken from Galveston, to try to make along story short, at 4:00 sat. afternoon our room hadn't been touched and no clean towels, I called the 800# to complain and then all hell broke loose, about ten min. later the phone rang in our room telling us that we were going to have to leave that we pushed the maid out the door when she wanted to clean our room, and they called the police, 3 police came and they told the police a different story, that she tried to give us clean towels several times and we slamed the door in her face. well we had to leave not knowing if we were going to have to sleep in my small car or not, I called the 800# three times and they didn't give a dam, on top of that they wouldn't
refund our money for the night that they kicked us out, I was humiliated , I cried off and on my whole cruise, I didn't tell you my husband is a 73 year old veteran and I'm 66, I'm getting the run around, I've called their Home Office to no avail , can you help me"
