Paulette B. says: was ask to leave after I called the 1-800 #, I called to complain that my room wasn't cleaned or no clean towels and it was 4:oo in the afternoon, they called the police and we were escorted out, I have never been treated so badly, The 800# we called 3 times wouldn't help us, the home office I called and talked to and took our complaint , now they will not even talk to us, MY husband is a 73 year old veteran and I'm 66
