"got a call from mortgage auditing program audits from the goverment also . pd. 299.00 called back and ask for refund never received, called back 7 or 8 times more and they said wait as 7 -10 minutes have held at least 40 minutes and once they hung up on me. I am 75 and hope you can help me as I live on s.s."
