Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I want a refund in the amount of 713.60

Service was never started even though the majority of the money was paid upfront for the service on June 3,2011."

  • 06-03-2011 — Paid Mr. Morris to for service of installing blinds
  • 06-24-2011 — Hadn't heard anything from Morris Blinds until I decided to call and ask when did he think he would be working on my installation. Told him I would be goin out of town july1-5, and just wanted to know when he would be getting to the installation.
  • 07-01-2011 — Mr. Morris called and said he could get someone to come install that day but I would be leaving out of town. He stated he would not be able to get to it until another week from that date.
  • 07-07-2011 — I called Mr. Morris and he told me he was out of town and would not be back until later in the week. I told Mr. Morris I wanted my money back because this had been over a month and no service had been done. He said that he couldn't do that, because he had ordered the material for the job.
  • 07-14-2011 — I asked him was it possible that he send me the materials and he said he would send them UPS.
  • 07-20-2011 — I have not heard from Mr. Morris. no materials were sent , I do not believe Mr.Morris ordered anything and would like my total refund.
