Claimant says:
"I paid Morgan Drexen for several years hoping to improve my credit rate. I had several outstading accounts that they were supposedly paying to resolve my debit. I did tecieve a check in the mail a couple weeks ago but beleve I should be compensated for my bad cedit rating. I still recieve phone calls from many of the companies, that were supposed to be paid by Mordan and Drexter sking for payment from me. Thus further ruining my credit. I am very upset by the actions of Morgan Drexen not fulfilling their promise to pay my debits and believe that you owe me money for you mistakes.
I have still not been able to improve my ctedit because several companies have not been paid."

  • I just recieved a call from yet another debt collector saying I owe $1500 to them from unpaid bills. I have not had any communications with them for several years. This debt was handed over by me to Morgan Drexen about 3 years ago to be resolved in my debt consolidation. Obviously this was not the case, it never got paid not any attempt to do so. I have recently been diagnosed with cancer and do not have the time, money or energy to fix this problem
    Because of my poor credit rating. I can not get any loans or any credit to help with my situation and this is in part due to the negligence of Morgan Drexen in handling my case. In lieu of this situation I believe Morgan Drexen owes me $7500 for the damages they have caused and hope this will be resolved immediately.

What Claimant Wants Hide
1. Compensation: For my time and effort in resolving my accounts.I still receive phones calls about unpaid bills. I have been very sick so my time is needed. Oct 31, 2017 $3,500.00
2. Damages: Paying the bills that were supposed to already have been paid but are not paid because of your negative actions and this I have a poor credit rating. Oct 31, 2017 $3,500.00

    Morgan Drexen is in bankruptcy I believe. CFPB should have sent you a claim form if you paid upfront fees after 2010. More...
