Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I purchased a printable package for my daughter's 1st birthday and also paid for a 24hr turnaround. I never received the products. I contacted the vendor within the 24hr time frame and the day after both without respond. I finally went onto Facebook and contacted the vendor and received response but it was no customer service provided. I requested a refund due to the service that I paid for was not provided and the vendor refused. I also asked for the vendor to confirm the email address that was provided but she also refused to do so. I would never recommend this shop to anyone! Below is the exchange we had on Facebook:

I didn't receive the product until today January 5. If it was emailed on yesterday, it was not to me. As I explained before I have tried to contact you on several occasions via email about the product with no response. And would not have received anything from you today if I hadn't found you on Facebook. Please let's resolve this as I would like to move on but I would not pay for a service that I didn't receive.
