"I moved from his residence after leasing the property for two years because he would not fix the a.c. unit. I have complained and complained about it and how if its 100 degrees outside its 82-85 degrees in the house and all he did was send guys to patch it which never helped any. Then I was notified that I owe him $8.00 and I won't be getting my deposit back and I know that not fair so I decided to report him because he's probably pulled this same stunt before. I have photos of how I left house, carpet cleaning receipt, pictures and even a recording of a conversation with him and taped him because I felt he was trying not to return my money"
