"ORDER WAS PLACED 3/26/13 FOR HUMMEL FIGURINE "SMOOTH SAILING' " COST $349.00. CHECK WAS CASHED THROUGH MY AMERICAN EXPRESS ACCT. AS OF THAT DATE. ORDER WAS TO BE SENT SOME TIME IN THE FALL OF 2013. AS OF THIS DAY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ORDER OR ANY INFORMATION CONCERNING IT. I HAVE TRIED TO REACH THEM BY PHONE OR ONLINE BUT HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO DO SO. I WOULD APPRECIATE YOUR HELP WITH THIS MATTER. THANK YOU"

  • I have been a member of the M. I. Hummel club since October 1998 and paid my dues for membership for club years 2013 and 2014 with my membership card valid through 09/14 according to my membership card. I paid my renewal for the years 2013 and 2014 each year with the promise of a small "gift" of a Hummel figure included in the membership fee. I never received a shipment from the 2013 and called in late 2013 to check on shipment and was told the factory was behind on production and I would receive my figurine as soon as production was caught up. I then renewed my membership for 2014 when my paperwork came with the promise of another figure "gift" with membership payment. I have never received either figure and when I called the number on my current membership card, the phone number was for a talk line for single men and women. That is when I searched for MI Hummel club and found out about the club appearing to have closed. I am very upset and would like restitution for my fees or the receipt of the promised figurines.
