When I receive the tool used to remove debris off the gutter guards that Mr Jones promised my dealings will be concluded with Metro East Guttering will be concluded. I have been dealing with this problem over 3 years and I'm tried of dealing with it.. I have left many.. many messages and E-Mails. Mr Jones has left 2 messages in three years and did not respond to any of my E-Mails. That being said --- when I receive the tool promised my dealings with Metro East Guttering will be concluded.
"On or about 7/22/2013 Metro East Guttering, Inc. installed a guttering system to Ms. Barbee’s residence. The system consisted of 5” gutters and downspouts, and a gutter protection system that is installed on the top of the gutters. Several months after the installation, Ms. Barbee called to say the gutters were not working properly as rain water was running over the gutters. Corey Jones and one of his employees went to Ms. Barbee’s home on 12/24/13 to inspect the guttering and determined that the gutters were properly installed and working as they should. However there was debris, consisting mainly of the granules from the deteriorating shingles on her roof, that had accumulated on top of the gutter protection which was preventing the water from properly draining into the gutters. They removed all the debris. Ms. Barbee continued to have issues with the gutter protection product, so on or about 8/24/2015 we removed the gutter protection and installed an upgraded system. Mr. Jones said he would charge Ms. Barbee $150.00 for the difference in material costs only, between the 2 gutter protection products. Ms. Barbee initially agreed. However the granules continued to come off the shingles in heavy rains and once again she felt the gutter protection system was not working . When Mr. Jones spoke to Ms. Barbee she was not happy with the new product and said she would only pay $100.00 of the $150.00 charge, and wanted to wait 6 months before paying. Mr. Jones agreed. As of this date, we have not received the $100.00 payment. Mr. Jones has made attempts to contact Ms. Barbee, as recently as the morning of 1/17/2017, and he has left messages, but the calls have not been returned. "

thanks for the info, I was sure I wasn't the only customer who had problems. In one of my conversations with him he told me " I knew the product would not work but I bought it anyway"... what a moron!
