Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I bought 3 lawn mower blades from Messick, for a Bush hog brand 2052 es mower, I paid for them shipping and all. They sent me the wrong blades, I found this out after i put them on and tried to mow with them. I mowed one strip with them and took them off and paid for them to be sent back. Now they will not send me the right blades because I installed the other ones. I want my money back of the right blades."

  • The customer ordered the blades from our website. We shipped the exact part number ordered. The customer installed and used the blades to cut his lawn and then discovered he had ordered the wrong blades. Initially we agreed to accept the return. The customer did not inform us that they were used and they arrived in a condition that is no longer resalable.
    I will be happy to discus this with customer and he may contact me directly.
