Claimant says:
"This company is one of those 800 #s on TV that tells you it can help you refinance if you are struggling. I talked to a rep. & he assured me I was eligible even though I was collecting unemployment. To get started, they took my bank info & withdrew $2800.00 out of my account in 3 separate transactions. In the meantime I faxed info to different reps & each time I had finished they would turn me over to a new one who needed more info. Whatever I did was not enough, so in the meantime, my financial situation worsened & I told them I am no longer able to qualify & would like my money back. I'm not sure if there was some fine print that says I'm unable to receive my money back because it is a lawyer based company. I feel I was told false info about being able to qualify & therefore gave them my bank info under false pretenses & no service rendered. I told the current rep whom I'm dealing with, about my situation & she wants to refer me to her supervisor. They took my money & didn't do what they promised."
