"WE BOUGHT A $2966.94 MATRESS IN FALLOF 2012. IN 2O13 WE TRIED TO RETURN IT BECAUSE IT WAS TOO SOFT AND OUR BACKS WERE HURTING. WE WERE TOLD WE HAD TO RETURN IT IN 100 DAYS AND THAT HAD PASSED. NO ONE EVER TOLD US THAT AND IT WAS NOT PUT IN WRITING. HOWEVER THEY ALWAYS ADVERTISED "SLEEP HAPPY GUARRENTEED!" THEIR REPLY TO ANY OF OUR COMPLAINTS WAS "WE TOLD YOU"! NOTHING IN WRITING!! AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE, WE REPEATEDLY, BY NUMEROUS TELEPHONE CALLS TO THE SALESMAN, TO PLEASE GIVE US INFORMATION ON THE WARRENTY. WE RECEIVED NO INFORMATIO9N ON THE WARRENTY. WE EVEN CALLED SERTA WHO MADE THE MATTRESS, BUT THEY SAID THEY HAD NO CONTROL OVER THE STORE'S RETURN POLICY. WE COMPLAINED TO THE DIVISION OF CONSUMER SERVICES BUT THEIR ANSWER WAS "THEY TOLD YOU" AND WE SAID 'NO, THEY DID NOT AND THERE WAS NOTHING IN WRITING"! OTHER ADVERTISING STATES "SLEEP HAPPY OR YOUR MONEY BACK!" WE HAVE COPIES OF THAT ADVERTISING. THEY NO LONGER STATE THAT IN THEIR ADVERTISING AFTER OUR COMPLAINT! IN MY OPINION, I WOULD NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!"
