Claimant says:
"My wife went to have her Upper teeth removed and have a treatment as needed and a Upper Denture Plate. They quoted a price of $2,800.00. Alas after a few terrible attempts by the person who made the denture's as they were not properly fitting at all. They then had her have her 2 Lower Wisdom teeth also removed which were in Great condition. After a few more attempts at fitting the Upper Dental Plates. Again not even close to fitting. I went with her on the next visit and the Quack Dental Maker or Technician was attempting to coerce her into accepting these pieces of Garbage by telling her how great they look and she kept replying they don't Fit. They then wanted to make her a whole new set, as the regular Dentist said they weren't right and they did them wrong. Shortly after this She recieved a bill for almost $6,000.00. We went there and also later called quite a few times and were told the bill would be reduced as she never recieved her Dentures and was Totally Unhappy with this Dental Technician. All we ever got was the runaround time and again. This has been going on since October 2012"

  • Per my conversation with Dawn Jenning's today we will recieve a check in 2-3 week's for the full price of the permmanent denture's. We do not want the Ill fitting denture's as my wife tried them on 3 occassion's. Dawn will then sent a reply via e-mail to Me stating that this has been accepted by both parties.

  • I spoke to Mr Metych, I asked if he would like to schedule his wife, he stated no, that he would like a refund of the denture we have ready in office to deliver. I explained i would file for a refund and typically this takes a few weeks.

Message from Manatee Dental At College Plaza: Your claim was reviewed by our dental director, we will not be able to refund the extractions or the original denture which was delivered, the final denture is here and ready to be delivered or if you wish we can refund the ammount paid toward it, please call the office 941-753-5857 to schedule.
