Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"Had flooring work done Never got a bill of sale or a receipt for the amount of money the carpet really cost to install... When the sales person (LSR47- KEVIN DAWYOT ) Came to my house in September I was getting Laminate flooring done on the Living room ,Dinning room and Foyer, all of these rooms where to Laminated; Except for the steps they where to get Carpet.. He told me that the steps where free because I was getting 4,257.07 dollars of work done... Know this was finance with Wells Fargo.. (Good to Go) Know the work was to start on the 27th of September.. When the Guys came out to do the floors they could not do the floors because the floors where not leveled. They told me to call the company and I did They gave me the round around It took weeks before The sales person came back out. I have a Daycare and I needed the work done.. Well when he did come back( Kevin Dawyot) He offered me show room carpet .. Never gave me the pricing of the carpet.. so when I got the floors done I did not get wall to wall because of the traffic; And only got a part of the Foyer done and also got the same color carpet on the steps.. Know I was told that there was going to be a price adjustment .. because I got carpet and not the Laminated floors.. And the Advertisement was buy one floor get one Free... I was billed for the Cost for the Laminated Flooring I really think this is so unfair. I have called them so many times very upset about this... I ask them to send the sale person out here to reprice my flooring they have not.. They also told me that they only do wall to wall but I do not have it.. I really think that I was over charged for the work that I had done...When I got the Bill from Wells Fargo it states $3,757.00 with a 242.00 Available Credit.. This is so unfair to me I need some one to help me with this !!!!!"

    I feel ripped off i never got a receipt and i was suppose to get a $ 100 refund back for me inconvenience because they did not have the carpet i orded never received the refund after 15 business day the told they gave me a credit which was not what i agreed to what rip off
