Claimant says:
"On April 2, 2016 we bought Poole Harbor Burnished Oak vinyl flooring to be put down in our house. After bringing the flooring home we stacked it in the rooms it was to be put down in. There it sat for approximately one week while we waited for the rest of the trim to come by mail. When it came we contacted the store and sat up a date to install on April 20, 2016. They came and installed it to my satisfaction, and in about two weeks we started to notice gaps in the flooring in the hallway and the living room. We then called the store and explained our problem. They said they would contact the company who put it down and have them come out and examine it. After several emails and phone calls they finally came and looked at it and told us they never saw this happen before and they were going to go back and discus the matter. They then brought in an independent third party to examine it. They then told us the floor was not put down in a climate controlled home and would not back the warranty."
