Claimant says:
"Contracted Line Item Maintenance on August 26th to remodel a bathroom, coffee bar and closet. As of Nov. 19th the job is not even a 1/3 of the way done. There has been just a series of follow up, permiting issues, un-reliable subcontractors, inspections, poor communication, and now he is lying to us because we are challenging his work and contractors. i've paid him over #13,000 so far. I pulled him off the job today until i am able to fly down from NJ on Dec 9th. This contractor is unreliaible and i will be filing a lien on the job.
please help me resolve this issue. has there been any othe issues with other customers with this company."

  • As of dec 7th line item maintenance has not paid all his subs. No return calls.
    was fired from the job and came to job site to retrieve tools he claimed were on the job. He called cops to file a report on stolen property which nothing was stolen because nothing but a shop vac were left on the job site. I took Video of the job sight the day he left with Management as witness. cops say he has not claim.
    This company should not be hired.
