Claimant says:
"We had are taxes done by Liberty Tax Service. They asked us to come back in a couple of days to get a copy of our taxes. My husband and my self have gone there numerous times and know one is there. I have called several times left messages to call me or my husband to find out what a good time would be to pick up our taxes. They never called us. I did go there one time and a guy there said they weren't done yet this was April 16th but to come by the next day to get them. I went there and my husband went there know one there. I called three to four times since then no answer I leave messages every time. I do not know who to contact to get this matter resolved I need a copy of my taxes."
