Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I had legalshield looking into a matter for me, I was let go from a job due to race. The attorney at Gubail and Judge claimed I did not have the rights documents even though I did have the correct documents per the state and the EEOC. She claimed they both expired on 9/17/15, the one from the state did expire on that day but the other dated 7/17/15 did not expire until 10/15/15 and information was given to me by the EEOC. The person I spoke states the dates on the right to sue letters are different and the law firm can clearly see that. They lied to the Attorney General by claiming they both expired on 9/17/15. The attorney Bianca Chapman clearly did not know what she was doing. I documented her voicemail message to me, she claimed I did not send her the right documents, I contacted EEOC a few times and they told me that I had the right to sue letters and an experienced employment law attorney would know that. The law firm claimed something that is not true and has no basis for it. What they are doing is illegal because they knowlingly gave me false information. They treated me like I was a second class citizen because I did not have the funds to pay an attorney. I do not recommend legalshield for any complex issues."

  • I have tried to contact Legalshield but no one is answering me over there, and the person I spoke claimed they can't talk to me. Legalshield should call to resolve the matter.
