Claimant says:
"Lease Finance Group continues to report negatively on my credit report despite the fact that the account is too old to be reporting. The last payment or date of activity was in mid 2006, which according to FCRA & California Statute of limitations on negative reporting it should have been off my credit report this June of 2013. Lease Finance states that my last date of payment was June 2007, this is not correct information, since I did no longer had use of their equipment after June of 2006, when I had to close down due to business failure. The sales person never indicated that I had to keep my equipment in the event my business closed. I did not need this credit/debit machine after I closed my business in 2006. Some of the signatures on contract are not mine and Lease Finance Group has failed to prove when was the last day that I paid them and whether I agreed to stay under contractual obligations in the even of the business closing. They need to remove this derogatory account from all three credit bureaus immediately."
