Claimant says:
"they say I owe monies for a merchant card machine that i returned to them and have proof . they say they never got it and continue to charge me for services never received, they said I signed a contract I then told them to show me proof , they sent me copies of a contract with my name and my FORGED signature, I told them , they took me to small claims and are trying to sue me for 3500.00 ,,how they are able to do this is beyond belief maybe the courts there on crooked as well, after much investigation and hiring attnys to assist me because of the threats they make I learned that they do this to hundreds of of other people and have been fined MILLIONS OF DOLLARS yes that's right millions for unethical business practices they have literally ruined peoples lives and still continue to do this. they are all over the internet for the scamming that they do to people. their parent company is GLOBAL if you have a credit card machine ask the company if their parent co. is Global they operate under over a dozen different names . Beware they are brutal.
