Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I went to this restaurant in the beginning of this year...very poor customer service and I advised them of that.... there was me and my 12 year old daughter.... and another family of three.... it took us 3 hours to get our food! Not happy ...let them know that even though the food was good.... went back again....whole order wrong....server rude and no apology...walked out..... gave the restaurant time because my daughter and I love Mexican food... tonight...9/07/11 Rude as hell............from the male waiter to the owner which I spoke to at the end of the dinner..............she told me she was busy and didn't have time for me... her name is Carmen Rosales....how do we continue to let the people serve the people in this manner... waiter was worse than poor.... waited 30 min. or more for bill.... but because they remembered me as an unhappy customer....were very rude! Poor customer service... poor service as a waiter and food was cold....paid my bill but will reject it through my bank, as I was treated so rudely by Carmen Rosales the owner and her staff! I work for Home Depot everyday....customer service is a must... sorry this business is not even close and they absolutely hold their poor customer service against u from the beginning! What shocked me the most as speaking to the owner...."

1. Claim Filed forever for public to see.. Owner is lying, female liar! She was there, this was second time poor service, poor food, horrible service and food made me and my daughter both sick all night! Owner is an older female who barely speaks English.... BAD RESTAURANT!.... CONTAMINATED FOOD...HORRIBLE RESTROOM conditions! Actually really smelled like feces..(poop) What a joke...would not take a free meal for me and my daughter if she offered it! Hope this establishment goes out of business for how sick their food made me and my daughter... nothing personal....just the whole truth!
