Claimant says:
"2/2/16 at their office to get my copier repaired, they showed me a Kyocera KM-2050. Stated they had serviced this machine and was a good machine. See if you can fix my machine. On 2/3/16 when talking with them they couldn't fix my machine. In discussing the KM-2050 they assured me on what a great machine this was and put a 90 day warranty with it. They would deliver and set up. They delivered wrote a company check to cash for full amount.

on 2/4/16 after running 1000 sheets got lines and curling paper in copier. Called them. out on 2/5/16 did something on machine they left, starting running again. Got 25 sheets run and me back worst. Called their cell inform them. He state let them regroup and will advise.

on 2/8/16 haven't heard from them. I called after 3PM cell (NOT ACCEPTING PHONE CALLS)
called office (Left message)

on 2/9/16 same as above

So I call dad (OWNER) ask for return on my money. He will have the boys get in touch.

  • What Danny says is not true. I told him if there was anything about the machine he was unhappy with to bring it in the shop and we would gladly fix it for free and if he wasn't satisfied we would replace it. We will replace any machine for any of our customers who are not satisfied. Danny is the only unhappy customer we have had to deal with. We have a thousand satisfied customers and at this point I think Danny should go somewhere else for service, sales, or supplies. He is way too much of a headache and we can't give away everything for free like we do for him and continue to stay in business.
