"I am a Resident at Kamlu a Independent Retirement Community.The adress I have given is Kamlu also. My Neighbor ,Gary Maynard, spends most of his time in his apartment yelling at his TV using foul language. I have reported his behavior countless times and they do is knock on his door tell him to lower his voice and he does it again 5 minutes later.they claim they could evict him but I do not believe management. empty apartments do not make money. a mentally ill person will be at Kamlu for a long time. A long term resident like Gary Maynard will stay there for a long time. read their mission statement. security, living next door to a crazy person who yells at 4 in the morning, that is security? or comfort, or peace of mind? I pay 1,672.00$ a month to live at Kamlu. My rent gives management a paycheck or at least part of a paycheck. I am treated like a joke and I am very angry, OK?"
