Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"Booked a flight on and purchased travel insurance. Flight was scheduled for March 16, 2017. On March 1 I accepted a new job where, a week before my trip, I learned I could not travel (and get paid for days out), until I had accrued enough earned vacation. From that point on I tried contacting JustFly to cancel my flight and obtain some credit value for the unused ticket.

Repeated calls to ascertain a working phone # for their third party insurance carrier, CSA Travel Insurance, resulted in non-working #'s (twice) and then an agent who promised a new, correct and working number for CSA - 800-451-4190 - (Hours 6 am-6 pm PST) which only routed BACK to JustFly!

After multiple calls to JustFly, their expertly trained obsfucating agents refused to connect me with a supervisor. I was on hold for 19:35 seconds on the last and final attempt to reach the insurance carrier and now am fed up - resigned to losing all of my $300 - but determined to file a complaint against these unethical practices.

Agents who refused to assist me with accurate and factual information were (these are their telephone names): BRANSON, SEEH, LOUIS and REJ.

I have tweeted my discontent and will post on TripAdvisor later today (where I am in the top 3% in Arizona reviewers) as well as write a letter to the Attorney General of the state where JustFly parent company is domiciled.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Stick with the airlines or a trusted aggregator such as TripAdvisor, Hotwire, Priceline, CheapOTickets."

    Always check the fine print. I'm sure if you look over the $350 you paid in the very bottom corner it will tell you that it's absolutely not refundable no matter what travel insurance doesn't back that up you probably bought insurance for life or something who knows. But the end of the day it's a lesson learned because any cheap flight no refund
