Claimant says:
"I was a cash pay patient at this doctor office. I coud not see the doctor with out paying. He knew I was a cash paying customer. First he was charging me 100.00 then he went to 150.00 and said he would work things ou with me in which he did not so I paid. I have reciepts for all. He ran this test, I was not told that there would be a charge for 151.00 and he is charging me for a 25.00 fee. This place is a scam he want me to start buying all his vitiams from his company ortho molecular products in which he knew I did not have the money to pay for the vitiams he had me buy. Then he said they would be free for the first month. I do not owe this doctor any Money. I paid every time before I saw him. I was never told that here was a charge for this molec dx i and r test. I was told the Doctor wanted to do a mouth swab which they did every time I went there. The account # is aaa6374. He is a scam and he has issues ocd with wiping everything down when he is talking to you and then he ask about your sexual things with your partner. That had nothing to do with my problem. This is why I quit going to this doctor."
