Claimant says:I was a cash pay patient at this doctor office. I coud not see the doctor with out paying. He knew I was a cash paying customer. First he was charging me 100.00 then he went to 150.00 and said he would work things ou with me in which he did not so I paid. I have reciepts for all. He ran this test, I was not told that there would be a charge for 151...
