Claimant says:
"Joanns fabrics.com will not respond to my emails or phone calls now. I think they have blocked my calls and emails to them. The pictures of the misrepresented items are STILL online today even though I told their customer service people on 3-20-2018 they are not the correct pattern as shown on their website. I had ordered and received 3 consecutive orders of the pattern shown and returned all 3. I was reimbursed for 2, but not the 3rd, and not for shipping costs out of my pocket, which were due to their incorrect picture online.
They should not get away with deceiving customers this way; should reimburse me some of my out-of-pocket costs and be made to take the incorrect pictures offline!! Thank you. Marilyn Taylor marilyn@aptalaska.net"
