"My name is Barbara Bass. On 10/08/2014 I ordered 1x women's custom Dallas cowboy's Nike Reax rockstar-women's/ 10.5 for $149.00 plus tax and shipping which I have not received as of this date which is now 03/03/2015. The confirmation number for that order is #1483. Also, on 10/24/2014 I ordered 1x custom women's Dallas cowboys vans navy blue/white shoes- 10/women's for $99.00 plus tax and shipping which equals to $116.91 for that order. As of this date 03/03/2015, I have not received that order either. When I placed both orders, my credit/debit card was billed and payment was made. I have called many times and have left many messages at 903-874-2000 and also at 888-204-8767. My calls are never returned. So, now when I call, numbers are no longer in services. JNL Apparel cs@apparelandbeyond.com wrote: Thank you for placing your order with JNL Apparel. This email is to confirm your recent order. You will receive a tracking number to your email address when your ships from our facility. That has not happened. I would like a refund. I am owed $265.91. I have now relocated. My address at the time of my orders were 10250 Lands End Drive Apt 802 Houston,TX 77099. My new address is 919 Canyon Hill Lane Rosenberg,TX 77471. My phone number is 281-435-3732.
