Claimant says:
"Jimmy came and asked for any work, we discussed things I needed done. I thought we were clear on the need. On Jun 11,2012 He asked for $1500.00 to get paint and supplies. He wrote up a list of things he was charging for on Jun 13th and 20th. He collected a check for $950.00 on Jun 15th. $600.00 pn Jun 20th and $1234.oo on Jun22. He knew I was limping because of pain in my hip & was seeing different doctors for solution. The problem is so bad that I am scheduling hip replacement surgery. He took advantage of an elderly woman., Never showed me a receipt for settlement on advance. Never arrived before noon and sometimes 3 pm. Charged $150.00 for roofing., which I put on my credit card,also he charged 24 tubes of caulk, might have used 2 on my job, borrowed my caulk gun and never returned. He talked about fixing a lot of things, nothing got repaired, I just got a very expensive trim paint job. Also unsatisfactory work on some of the job. I am tech challenged and cannot send copies by internet."
