Claimant says:
"In accordance with the terms of the Barringer Publishing contract I signed on (April 1, 2013), I sent to Mr. Jeff Schlesinger, a letter on October 20, 2014, requesting termination of the contract for my book, Rosa Linda and Her Little Pelusita, first edition, a year after publication (January 30, 2014) because he failed to comply with the following terms of the contract: terms of agreement, royalties, statements and payments, and editing.

He was not polite to me, which was clear from the way that he answered my resignation letter. According to his email dated on 10/26/14 he said, “ This is the best news I have heard in a long, long time. So glad to be rid of you.” I requested him to meet the following demands by January 30, 2015:

1. Statements of all sales of Rosa Linda and her Little Pelusita, first edition from the day of publication, January 30, 2014, to the present, with all corresponding royalty checks.

2. Original master of the cover and book files in Native File Format, not PDFs.

3. Removal of all materials or listing of the work from his web page and from all download-based distributors and a notice that the book’s ISBN is out of print as of
January 30, 2015.
5. A signed letter confirming termination of my contract.

He didn’t honor or comply with the terms of the contract listed above. He still selling my book with defects in Amazon, Barnes and Nobles, and around the world in different web sites, etc. I called the web sites, but they said that Mr. Jeff Schlesinger, should call requesting the removal of all materials or listing of my book Rosa Linda and Her Little Pelusita, first edition from all download-based distributors and a notice that the book’s ISBN is out of print. I sent him a few emails to schlesadv@gmail.com in reference to the contract listed above but no actions.
