Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"On July 18,2015 I purchase 5 years of Technical Support for $379.00 and 3 years of Internet Security for $ 159.00 and Microsoft Windows 8 from I Yogi Technical Supporters for my computer for $ 179.00 all to be installed on my computer. I used I Yogi twice since my service was installed one time on July 18, 2015 my complaint was that my Internet Explorer had stopped working and my computer scrolls on it's own I had a virus Reference # 100168040 Customer Screen # 20150703164 and on 9-2-2015 for my printer had stop working both of these situations were resolved. On 9-2-2015 I Yogi called me and said that none of my files on my computer were back up and told me that i needed a backup hard drive Motium and that this was going to cost me $204.99 to be delivered to my home in thirty days and upon delivery I must call I Yogi to let them know so they can install I never received the product Reference # 20151102817122415 several calls to I Yogi on 10-3-2015 , 10-19-2015, 10-28-2015 came up with me being told in the next five days I will be receiving this product never came so i called my credit card co. and filed a claim and the credit co reimbursed me $204.99 and the investigation has been over thirty days. On 10-23 2015 I Yogi told me that I needed to have a Microsoft Key to update my computer to have Microsoft Works 2014 addition because I was with the 2010 out dated and this was during the time I was waiting on my Hard Drive yes I still had faith in I Yogi that they were going to do good by me and my computer I was told that I will receive this product by 10 days Reference # 200266650 and it was over 30 days and more my call to I Yogi was give it 5 more days " again my creditor reimbursed me this time $198.98 " now my point is I Yogi has completely cut me off from my paid services and no longer monitors my computer, never picking up the phone when I call them because my numbers are on file and the one time they picked up on 12-30-2015 they kept me on hold for over an hour and never came back that was the first time' on 1-4 and 1-5 2016 I been calling ever since over and over the reason was Internet Explorer started acting up again I would like to hold them to their contract I have and or refund all monies due back to me for breech of contract My Account # 2117023131. Thank You Very Much If you can help I'm not sure if I'm at the right place for my claim pleases inform me if so. Thank You"
