"Untimely service and kept getting the run around. I was told that I would have individual service but kept being put back to the computer. After being unable to get a travel quote for 12 days I returned the package to the salesperson and asked for a refund of my money."

  • If you had bothered to review your records you would know that I contacted you on March 7, 2016 and asked for mediation. I was referred to call 417-877-5930 which I did. I was told that the mediation would be set up and that I would be informed of the date. Like everything else about your company this was a lie and I never heard anything else from your representative. An honest company would have no problem refunding my money.

  • I find it depressing when companies make a blanket response that is intended to show the public that they 'care' but doesn't actually address the problem. 

    Has the mediation ever been set up? Who does the mediation for International Travel Solutions? An outside party, or a staff member for International Travel Solutions? Do they tape the sales calls or was this membership sold at one of those events? Salespeople who over-promise are a real problem....
