Claimant says:
"Mr. Ronald Gonzales pruned my five trees and was to clean up and take the branches away. Took have of the fallen branches and said that he was going to dump them and come back and get the rest later. Never came back. Kept calling his cell phone and he kept saying that he was coming back up. Never did. Work was done on 11/21/2013 and paid him $500.00 for the job. Called police on the scam but they said that it was a civil matter. Did a reverse call on his cell phone and it showed that it was a Midland, Texas number but no home or business address. So I can't sue him because of an unknown address. His phone number is 432-528-9578."
