Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I was trying to start up a small company, of my own.. I needed a gateway Company, that would allow me to take Credit Card, orders, over the phone. They did a back-ground check & said OK.
After about 2 months. Everything was working perfectly. I was making about 1 to 3 thousand dollars a month. Then, with-out warning or notice of ANY kind. All the sells i was making, stoped coming into my checking account. A tryed calling them. I was told that it was just taking longer to process them. So after 2 or 3 weeks, i was starting to run into money troubles. Trying to pay for advertising & I had a couple of guys working for me..
I finally, was told that my account, with them, had been put on hold because they NOW thought it was a high risk.
What My Company was doing was offering different ways & time-lines of fixing you home PC. From the phone, we could tell them where to go, so that my techs could take control of their PC & go through it & clean it up & put virus protection on it. It was either a one-time deal or over 1 to 6 months.
When they held & ARE STILL holding, over $1000, so they could COVER any claims or cash=backs. People claiming we NEVER fixed their PC. So when I lost the money, I lost my 800 phone number, so when people had trouble & tryed to call, the line was gone, BECAUSE MERCHANT SERVISES HAS MY MONEY. Now a few have asked for a cash-back because the line is gone & they are hitting MY CHECKING ACCOUNT--NOT THEIR MONEY, THEY ARE HOLDING, FOR THAT PURPOSE.
So in essence, they have stolen over a thousand $ of mine & caused my business to FAIL..The longer they hold my money, the more people will ask for cash backs cuz I'm not being ALLOWED to keep the 800 number working.."
