"Being Hasseled every year by them, i make my payments monthly 750.55, i have turned them in before but they say i am behind on payments i have sent them proof of payments, they were turned in for bad loans so they had to give me back 6,000 but after that i was 5,690.00 behind in payments, they say this is because i cant afford my payments but i make monthly ones, at one time they would not speak to me about my account it was blocked, so after hassling me i had to send a fax saying i was not workinjg with a 3rd party, now they still say i am behind I go through this every year starting at christms year after year, i am disabled from cancer and my credit is horrible but i always make my payments to them, this is my home. they sent someone out ysterday taking pictures of my home, 3 times this has happened i call it HARASSMENT EVERY SINGLE YEAR THE SAME THING."

  • I want people to know that HSBC should not give home loans from experience from me and waht they are doing, I also found out they are charging me 70.00 every month late fees to get some of their money back. On the statement i reviewed has all the money in one month going to intrest only for their part hardly any went to prinicfipal, can you tell me thts not a ripoff? please pass the info on so noboby else will have to pay like we are thank you
